I recently had the pleasure of capturing Anna and Doug's engagement photos. The forecast that day called for rain, but it seems like love and fate were on our side, since the rain held off until we had finished the photoshoot!
This couple met at Oakland University, so shooting photos at Meadowbrook made perfect sense. Plus, Anna' has a family history with building of the staircase in the interior of the house.
They are so excited to finally be engaged after many years of dating and being in love. And it has been amazing seeing their love grow through all these years. Through crazy work schedules, Doug going into medical school, as well as many other curve balls life has thrown at them - this couple has faced it together hand in hand. So excited for their wedding in February of 2021. Here are just a few of the previews of their session.

I think everyone is pretty sick of winter sticking around at this point. I know I am ready for spring and all the beautiful photo opportunities that will be coming up.
Here are some quick photos I nabbed this morning with the remaining snow. Just because the weather doesn't want to work with you, doesn't mean you can't get a great shot and be creative.
